Settings reference

Settings is where you connect models, accounts and messaging apps, and where you set defaults for the whole instance. Open it from the sidebar. On a wide screen the tabs run down the left side. On a phone you pick a tab from the “Settings area” menu at the top. Most changes apply at once, without a restart. The pages below follow the tabs in the order the app shows them, and list each field by its label on screen.
